This is a city carved into the walls of a narrow red rock river valley. The river has many tributaries, and meanders in many directions. There are railed balconies and windows in the cliffs and several bridges that span the river at different heights. There are boats and docks in the rivers, roads and doors along the shoreline, and an elevated freeway that runs in and out of various tunnels. It is just after sunset and lights can be seen in windows, along roads, from cars, and on boats. There are many desert plants and succulents on every ledge. A few skyscrapers stand at the water's edges. The buildings are ornate. There is foliage everywhere
